Sean-Paul Cardamone is a Los Angeles–based producer has been leading teams for decades in the development production and execution of live events, music videos, commercials/editorial content and independent films. His work includes projects for artists such as: Mark Lanegan, Joe Cardamone (The Icarus Line), $uICIDEBOY$, Prayers, Atarashii Gakko!, and many more across music, fashion, branded and social media marketing Assets.
As a producer, Sean-Paul is known for building the right teams, managing complex productions, and ensuring that every project delivers both creatively and operationally. His background in Event management and having on the job training and work experience in almost every crew position from development to delivery gives him a comprehensive understanding of workflow, allowing him to anticipate challenges and consistently stay on budget in order to support directors, agencies, and clients.
He founded Sound & Picture as a production collective that unites trusted creative and technical talent under one streamlined framework: one contract, one voice, one pulse. The model eliminates the inefficiencies of referrals or bloated agency costs, providing clients with a premium end-to-end Marketing asset package solution, while creating sustainable opportunities for all professionals involved.
Sean-Paul’s focus is simple: produce work at the highest standard, ensure structural reliability, and create long-term value for both clients and collaborators.

Jacob Mandel is an independent filmmaker, working professionally as a cinematographer, editor and colorist. Jacob is the Director of Photography as well as the Post Production Supervisor at Sound & Picture.
His work ranges from narrative to music, video to documentary, often exploring unique intersections of sentence cinema and music.
Jacob has and continues to collaborate with prominent figures within the field of visual arts, including Sophie Mueller, Phillip G Atwell, Randee St. Nicholas, Zan Cassavetes and David Lachapelle.
He has received numerous filmmaking awards, including Best Foreign short film. At La Action on Film Festival. And director to watch at Los Angeles 3D Film Festival and was selected to be a speaker at the TedX University of Michigan.
Jacob’s genus is only match by his Enthusiasm for his craft and his Contagious Positive Attitude .

Alyssa marquez
Choreographer & Movement Director

Alyssa Marquez is a Los Angeles based choreographer, movement director, and performer whose work spans television, live performance, and stage productions. She has contributed choreography for FX Network’s acclaimed series Snowfall, showcasing her ability to craft dynamic, story-driven movement for both trained dancers and actors with little or no dance background.
With a B.A. in Dance Performance, Choreography and Pedagogy, Alyssa has become known for her versatility and her talent for tailoring movement to each performer’s strengths. Her choreography blends precision with emotional depth, whether she is staging ensemble pieces for dancers or guiding non-dancers through natural, character-driven physicality.
Beyond her choreography credits, Alyssa is also an accomplished burlesque artist and producer, recognized by LA Weekly as “the hardest-working dancer in Los Angeles burlesque.” She has performed internationally and produced sold-out shows across Los Angeles, earning a reputation for creating memorable and visually striking performances.
With a deep respect for storytelling through movement, Alyssa brings professionalism, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to every project. She is passionate about shaping choreography that not only enhances the visual impact of a production but also helps performers embody their fullest expression on stage and screen.

Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Catalina Huerta Cardamone is a licensed cosmetologist with over 15 years of experience working at the highest levels of fashion, entertainment, and live events. Her work has appeared on red carpets such as the Oscars, international fashion stages, and exclusive private engagements, but her reputation extends beyond glamour — she is a trusted collaborator for productions that demand precision and artistry under pressure.
Specializing in high-fashion hair design, intricate updos, and complex color correction, Catalina is known for the rare combination of speed and excellence. Her models and clients are consistently surprised at how quickly she works while still delivering stunning, camera-ready results. Whether styling under the heat of stage lights, maintaining continuity across takes, or adapting a look for changing creative direction, she understands the unique demands of film, music video, and commercial production.
Her approach blends calm professionalism with creative versatility. On set, she is not only a stylist but a problem solver — balancing aesthetic excellence with the practical needs of cameras, lighting, and long production days. Catalina’s global travels and love for eclectic fashion inform a range that stretches from timeless beauty to bold, avant-garde statement looks.

Arnold Ramm was among the first colorists to lead the transition from chemical film correction to digital grading with DaVinci Resolve, redefining the craft for a new era of filmmaking. His mastery of color theory is unmatched, and his instinct for detail has made him a trusted partner for filmmakers, musicians, and global brands at the highest level.
His portfolio spans acclaimed feature films, documentaries, and streaming projects including Day Watch, Kassim the Dream, Netflix’s Heist, and the Oscar-winning short Two Distant Strangers. He has helped define the look of the Matrix franchise with The Matrix Revisited and The Matrix Recalibrated, and his music video collaborations include Madonna, U2, Paul McCartney, Florence + The Machine, Lana Del Rey, and Kanye West.
Arnold’s commercial credits range from Adidas, Nike, and Disney Cruises to ELLE Magazine, reflecting his versatility across industries. Known for his professionalism, uplifting presence, and collaborative energy, he turns grading sessions into experiences that are as rewarding as the final images. Every attendee of a color session with Arnold at the pulpit, Becomes a member of his Congregation .

Meredith is a seasoned photographer with more than 2 decades behind the lens. She began her career with an old Minolta 35mm film camera and a modest darkroom where she developed black and white prints by hand. This tactile education became the foundation of her craft and the uncompromising standard she brings to every project.
Over the years, she has worked with a wide range of clients including the Osbournes, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Meghan Markle, La Pointe, WACUBO, Dynamyte, Houdini House, Rob Dyrdek, Vans Warped Tour, Revolution Marketing, the U.S. Army, John Durrill, Celestino Drago, DMI Music, Bi_Coastal Music, Google, Total Woman Gym, Eastman Instruments, Interscope Records, Center of Attention Events, Rebel and a Basketcase, and Club Juicy. Her work has been published in The Advocate, Los Angeles Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Orange Coast Magazine, Gracie Magazine, Vents Magazine, OC Weekly, LA Weekly, Guide Magazine, GroundSounds, Voyage LA, and Inkspired Magazine.
